Our Story - A message from our founder
Cross and Associates Payroll was born out of passion and need.
Over the past several decades I've seen the payroll industry turn it's back on service and lose interest in small business. I've always believed that small business is the backbone of our economy and I love working with community focused businesses.
In today's market, business owners often have to choose between spending their time on manual processes in an effort to save money OR spending an extraordinary amount of money on tools that are overkill for what they need.
I believe it is possible to provide world class service to businesses regardless of their size. Every business deserves respect for the hard work they put in.
I also believe that even the smallest of businesses should have access to the tools they need to flourish. No arbitrary packages that bundle up a bunch of stuff you don't need or want.
It is my goal to blend the latest technology with a traditional service approach. I will always be proud to service the small businesses in my area and nationwide.

Getting started with us is simple. A 30 minute consultation, a few reports, and a signature or two.
We'll get everything set up in the background and can usually run payroll within a few days. Every setup includes a review and balancing of all your payroll for the current year.
